Wellness Challenge 360°

Ease into the benefits of a healthy plant-based lifestyle with the Wellness Challenge 360°, a full circle approach to nutrition and wellness created by the organization formerly known as the Wellness Foundation.

​Led by Plant Powered Metro New York’s certified instructors, the WC360 is a supportive seven-week program, guiding participants through the process of embracing and thriving with a whole food, plant-based lifestyle.

What's Included

  • A pre-program launch guide with a two-week meal plan and recipes.
  • ​An extensive program guidebook with rich information about overcoming chronic disease through lifestyle, including more recipes, tips, and worksheets to be used over the course of the program.
  • Group support with other health-seekers to gently begin or maintain health-supporting behaviors in food, movement, and mindfulness, guided by your purpose and goals.
  • Learning and tasting simple and satisfying recipes to add to your repertoire.
  • In-person and virtual support from instructors and fellow participants over the seven-week period.

Participants are also required to arrange with their personal physicians for basic before-and-after biometric exams to demonstrate the power of food as medicine.
