“I have the audacity to believe that people everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for their minds, and dignity, equality, and freedom for their spirits.”
— Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Celebrating the Life and Legacy of Dr. King

Stroll, savor, and learn as we celebrate the work and life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. during our Health Freedom Walks, offering a progressive whole food, plant-based meal. We'll gather at four separate locations on MLK Day to experience how nutritious food gives rise to hope, healing, and health equality. Each tour will start on streets or at plazas recognizing Dr. King, and then make our way to local restaurants where the chefs have, in partnership with PPMNY, curated wholesome plant-powered dishes just for us.

Save your spot
by registering at the links below with a $5 donation to PPMNY for the location of your choice. You'll pay on-site approx. $10 for each dish, and you may add on from the regular menus as you wish.
